The SUNTREE SUP2H-PV is a three-pole DC surge protective device (SPD) designed to protect solar power systems. It is rated Type II (T2) and operates at a nominal DC voltage of 1000 V, making it well suited to high-power PV installations.
The device has a nominal discharge current of 7 kA and a maximum discharge current of 20/40/60 kA. Its protection level (In) is no more than 2.8 kV, and it still provides effective protection at the 4.5 kV level for the grid and the connected equipment.
The unit operates reliably across a temperature range from -40 °C to +85 °C. It complies with the international standards GB/T 18802.1 and IEC 61643-31, supporting safe operation in both solar and industrial applications.
