The SLZB-06MU is a versatile Zigbee network adapter that combines Ethernet, PoE, USB and Wi-Fi connectivity options. It is designed specifically for Zigbee-based smart home systems and integrates with Home Assistant, Zigbee2MQTT and ZHA.
It is built around Silicon Labs EFR32MG21 and ESP32 chips, which are intended to deliver stable operation and strong signal quality even when managing more than 200 Zigbee devices at once. A 20 dB signal amplifier and an external 5 dB antenna are meant to provide good range.
The adapter supports coordinator and router modes as well as Matter-over-Thread functionality. It can be powered through a standard PoE connection or via the Type-C port. Weighing 90 g, it is compact and simple to install.
