SEKONIC RT-GX trigger for 858D light meter (Godox)

The RT-GX is a radio transmitter accessory for the Sekonic L-858D light meter, the brand's most advanced meter with built-in spot metering. Once the transmitter is inserted directly beside the batteries, the meter can be integrated into wireless flash systems, allowing light metering and light analysis to be carried out in conjunction with Godox wireless flashes. The transmitter is fitted in a single movement, but the L-858D firmware must first be updated using the Data Transfer program.

The transmitter supports 32 channels and control of 16 groups, with a wireless range of 30 metres. From the meter, not only the flash output but also the modeling light can be controlled. In HSS mode the meter can also be used for settings made with high-speed sync. It also offers one-step measurement of the ratio between continuous and flash light and determination of flash duration.
