ASUS RS500A-E10-PS4

The ASUS RS500A-E10-PS4 is a compact 1U rack server built around AMD EPYC™ 7003 and 7002 series processors. It suits data centres and server rooms where rack space is limited, while providing the performance needed for demanding workloads. The system supports up to 16 DIMM slots for a maximum of 2 TB of memory.

Storage is flexible, with up to four hot-swappable 3.5-inch or 2.5-inch SATA or SAS drives and an M.2 22110 SSD. Two PCIe 4.0 lanes running at 16 GT/s provide fast connectivity for expansion cards, and the built-in dual LAN ports support reliable high-speed networking. An optional OCP 2.0 mezzanine card adds support for 100G and faster links for HPC environments.

Power comes from a 650 W 80 Plus Platinum power supply. Remote management is handled out-of-band via ASMB9, and in-band administration is available through ASUS Control Center. Fan speeds adapt automatically to temperature across zones thanks to ASUS Thermal Radar 2.0 technology.
