APO-Skopar 90mm F2.8 VM black lens

The APO-Skopar 90mm F2.8 VM is a manual-focus medium-telephoto lens designed for Leica M cameras. Its newly designed apochromatic optical system is intended to deliver detailed, sharp images while avoiding chromatic aberration. Finished in black, the lens weighs 250 g and measures 60 mm in length, making it compact; on a rangefinder camera, it does not extend into the viewfinder frame.

The 10-blade aperture forms a circular opening not only at F2.8, but also at F4 and F22. When the lens is pointed directly at a point light source, this can produce circular light reflections. Manual focusing lets you adjust focus directly on the lens.
